No Show/Missed
appointment policy is as follows:

First No Show = no penalty charged.
Second or Subsequent No Show = full price of scheduled treatment type missed and no more treatments can be scheduled until fee is paid.

If a patient has 2 No Shows in a row, we reserve the right to refuse scheduling any further appointments and to cancel any future appointments already booked.
