We believe that high-quality care should be accessible. That’s why we work with multiple insurance providers and support direct billing wherever possible. Whether you’ve been injured in a car accident, are eligible for provincial assistance, or have extended health benefits, we’re here to make the process simple and stress-free.
If you’ve been in a motor vehicle accident, ICBC offers full coverage for chiropractic, massage, and shockwave therapy as part of your rehabilitation. No doctor referral is required. Simply provide your claim number and our team will confirm eligibility and handle direct billing.
If you qualify for MSP Premium Assistance, you may be eligible for partial coverage of chiropractic and massage therapy visits. MSP contributes $23 per visit for a combined total of 10 visits per calendar year across several allied health services.
Many employers provide extended health plans that cover chiropractic and massage services. We offer direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross and other major providers, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Desjardins, GroupHealth, and more.

Payment & Receipts
